We’re launching the first season of Vojtech’s Kitchen, where Vojtech Végh, our Zero Waste Culinary Advisor, will be live in his kitchen showing you how to get more from the ingredients you already use.

Season 1 is all about trimmings. From peels and tops to stalks, offcuts and overlooked parts, Vojtech will show you practical, creative ways to turn them into something delicious. The first session will take place on Thursday 1 October.
