Turn food waste into measurable savings

A Winnow specialist walks you through the hardware, the daily reports your chefs would see, and results from kitchens like yours. If you know roughly what you serve and what you spend on food, the conversation gets specific quickly.

No. It helps if you know your covers and your food spend, but we can work without them.

Winnow charges a per-site subscription covering hardware, AI software, reporting and support. Price depends on product tier, kitchen size and number of sites. Sites typically save $5,000 to more than $50,000 a year, and payback usually lands inside 6 to 12 months.

Assembly takes as little as 15 minutes and needs no technician or IT involvement. Units can be pole mounted or wall mounted.

Most tracking tells you what has already gone in the bin. Winnow records waste with no extra step for staff, so nothing gets skipped during a busy service, then forecasts what to produce next. Systems that rely on staff remembering to log a disposal can miss more than 30% of total waste.
