A tailored solution for every kitchen.

It depends on kitchen size and what you need to measure. Winnow Track suits smaller kitchens and needs only a tablet. Winnow VisionAI adds a camera and connected scale with full AI recognition. VisionAI+ adds customisation and a dedicated team for complex estates.

Track is tablet only, with no camera and no scale, which makes it quick to deploy in smaller kitchens. Vision uses a camera and connected scale so the AI identifies and weighs each item automatically, with no input from staff.

No. Winnow Foresight runs on mobile with no hardware required, and Winnow Track needs only a tablet. The Vision range uses a camera and connected scale, installed with a one-time configuration fee that covers setup, team training and initial support.

Yes. Products are matched to site size and all of them report into one Winnow Hub, so a group can run Track at small sites and Vision at large ones and still benchmark everything in one place.

Winnow Foresight predicts how much to produce, service by service, so overproduction is prevented rather than measured. VisionPW measures post-consumer plate waste, which shows what guests left rather than what the kitchen over-made.

Winnow is built to go live without a technician or an IT project. Units assemble in about 15 minutes and can be pole mounted, wall mounted or free standing. The AI is pre-trained, so a kitchen produces accurate data from day one.

Yes. Winnow’s REST API connects automated waste tracking data smoothly with third-party applications, external data warehouses, and custom analytics pipelines. You can see more information about our API here. For custom integrations with your menu, recipe, inventory or POS systems, reach out to us here.

Winnow has different tiers and products matched to kitchen sizes. Data can be downloaded by any user and filtered by date, food type and more, and Winnow's integrations go beyond an API.
